How a custom piece is made
Five steps, one workshop, no surprises.
Most custom orders are quoted within one business day and delivered 12–18 days after you approve the CAD. You are never asked to approve a stone you have not seen a photo of.

02Quote & brief
We confirm the stone, metal and setting options with real prices, usually the same day.
03CAD & render
You receive a 3D render and dimensions. Revisions continue until it is right.
04Cast & set
Casting, stone setting, polishing and plating happen under one roof in Wuzhou.

Moissanite gives you the most fire for the money; lab-grown diamond gives you diamond grading language. We cut both, so we will tell you which one suits the design instead of which one pays us more.

The stone and the setting are made by the same team.
Holycome started at a jewellery counter in Panyu in 2008 and moved into manufacturing in 2010. Today the Wuzhou workshop runs casting, setting, polishing, plating and QC under one roof — which is why the stone in your CAD is the stone in your ring.

Silver keeps the cost down; 14K and 18K gold hold up to daily wear; platinum is heavier and ages to a soft grey. We cast all four in-house, so the difference you see is real, not a plating.

Stones ship with GRA documentation, IGI grading on request, and the workshop has been audited by SGS and SMETA. Certificates are photographed against the piece before packing so the paperwork matches what arrives.

Read the full FAQYou send a photo, sketch or reference with the stone and metal you want. We quote within one business day, then model the piece in CAD and send a 3D render with dimensions. Nothing is cast until you approve it in writing.
Yes. The first CAD and the revisions are included in the order. You only pay when you approve the design and we begin production. We do not charge a design fee that is later deducted — it is simply free.
We can make a piece in the same style, but we will not reproduce another brand's trademarked design or logo. Send the photo and we will tell you what can be adapted.
Yes. Send the stone's measurements (diameter and depth) or ship it to us insured. We design the setting around its actual dimensions and photograph it on arrival. Setting a customer stone is quoted separately; the stone itself is not insured by us in transit.
No minimum for private customers — one ring is normal. Trade and wholesale orders start at 50 pieces or 100 ct for melee, and 10 pieces for finished jewelry.
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders over $2,000 may be quoted by bank transfer. All prices are in US dollars.
